This is the last of four oil blends created, with River Yoga and Live Yum, for the Women's Wellness Retreat at Inns of Aurora. This blend was used in the final yoga class, after we had spent a beautifully relaxing and inspiring weekend practising meditation and yoga, eating mindfully, enjoying the company of old and new friends, all while surrounded by the beauty of our surroundings. We were ready to follow the road ahead. This blend is all about strength and lightness, cleansing and inspiration. It will help motivate and uplift. The blend includes Citronella, Lemongrass, Lavender, Myrtle, Rosemary, Tea Tree and Myrrh. It is a favorite at the River Yoga studios.
