This is a great blend for opening the sinuses with a steam, for diffusing at the first signs of illness, or mixed with a carrier oil for healing massage when you have that achey all over feeling. The organic essential oils in this blend are Black Spruce, Opopanax, Ravintsara, Balsam Copaiba, Cajuput, Cedar, Eucalyptus radiata, and Elemi. These are oils that are known for being anti-inflammatory, analgesic and very helpful in the relief of nasal and sinus congestion. This is the blend that I use myself in my steamer. If you are using a steamer, use only 1 to 2 drops at a time. This is a very potent blend. I offer this in the 2 ml size as that is enough for about 2 months of daily 10 minute steams.
