Our organic Rosemary is grown and distilled in South Africa from the flowers and the leaves. The scent is fresh, herbal and astringent. We overwinter our Rosemary in the house, and use it for cooking all season long. The leaves of this plant smell wonderful and I love to pass my hands over them as I walk by, to release the scent. Rosemary is an expectorant and is useful in the treatment of colds and congestion. It is nourishing to the skin and helps to increase circulation. It can be used to reduce pain and muscle soreness and has been used to soften old scars. This oil is energetic and uplifting and is wonderful in a diffuser blend.
