Palmarosa is an oil that is just so nourishing for the skin. It adds moisture to dry skin, and is healing for all manner of skin disorders such as dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, itching, etc. It has many of the same healing properties that Rose oil does, and has a rich rosy aroma with an added citrus top note. The difference is that Palmarosa is very affordable, while Rose oil is not. For this reason, I love to add it to blends, creams, lotions and diffusions where I feel the need for Rose, but I can use just a drop or two of the Rose and support it with the more affordable Palmarosa oil. This particular organic oil comes from Nepal. It is a wonderful and versatile oil that opens and grounds, as it supports and calms. It is another of my favorites.
