The fresh herbal scent of the organic oil always reminds me of summer, as I grow this in my herb gardens. This particular Marjoram oil is grown and distilled in Egypt from the flowers and leaves of the plant. Marjoram oil is antiseptic, antiviral, and antispasmodic. This is a useful addition to massage oil blends as it is so soothing and helps to relax the muscles. It is supportive of immune functions and I like to add it to diffuser blends to ward of colds and the flu. Marjoram has been said to calm the heart, and discourage obsessive thoughts.
