Chamomile, Roman (Chamaemelum nobile) Organic Essential Oil

This Chamomile oil is organically grown in England and it has a light blue color.  It has a sweet herbal aroma with hints of fruit that is known to be very sedative and calming.  This oil has traditionally been used to relieve PMS symptoms and mood swings.  It has been said to calm the nerves, and the upset stomach as well.  Roman Chamomile can assist with relaxation and sleep issues.  This oil, when properly diluted, can be used with young children due to its gentle nature.
